1. Tour rates may increase if the number of participants is fewer than the required minimum; for more details, please contact us.
2. The package price is based on each person, so every traveler pays individually for their trip.
3. The package includes vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals.
4. An advance of 20% is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid before the tour begins, either in full or in two installments: 40% at least 15 days before departure and 40% two days before departure.
5. Activities not mentioned in the package will be charged separately and are payable directly by the guest.
6. Rail and air tickets (onward and return) are not included in the package and will be charged separately.
7. Pick-up and drop-off points will be fixed in advance and will mark the official start and end of the trip.
8. In case of cancellation after advance payment, the paid amount will be retained and adjusted against a future domestic tour. This policy does not apply to international tours.
